All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail tracked 24 as standard free of charge. Higher volume orders will be shipped using a next day courier service free of charge.
If your product is damaged or an error occurs on our part, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement upon request.
For any incorrect or damaged items, Leavers Hoodies UK will replace or refund the goods as necessary.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for customised products if the customer is responsible for the error (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect artwork provided).
How To Return
Inspect your goods as soon as you have received them. If you do find any mistakes or damaged items then please give us a call or drop us an email immediately to let us know.
We will then require a photo of the mistake or damage so that we can issue a return label.
Once received we replace or refund as agreed.
